Esports Rhein-Nektar and cowana gaming are set to clash in the UNITED Pro Series Winter 2020: Showdown quarter-finals in what is billed as a very one-sided affair. That, however, is not entirely shocking given cowana should not even be at this level of the competition, but were handed a free pass as a replacement for No Limit Gaming.
Cowana and Rhein-Nektar last met during the group stage just three weeks ago, when Rhein-Nektar stomped their compatriots into the dirt and won with 16-3 on Mirage. It is fair to expect a slightly worse showing from Rhein-Nektar this time out since they have recently parted ways with Efekan “S3NSEY” Topaloglu and Alexander “ReacTioNNN” Grassauer.
Cowana to win one map at $1.57 (with top esports betting sites) seems like an appealing bet, but there is more value in siding with Rhein-Nektar to win with a clean sweep. They might have lost two players, but as long as they field Jonas “j1NZO” Jalowski and Christopher “preet” Glaser, Rhein-Nektar should do just fine.

Entropy Gaming and plan-B esports have never met before, which is not surprising, considering plan-B are an amateur Austrian team that have yet to establish their name in the competitive CS:GO scene. That, however, does not mean plan-B are weaker than Entropy.
The Austrian squad enter this match as heavy favourites and if their performances in the group stage are any indication, they should be priced at even shorter odds. In four games, plan-B lost only to SPARX ESPORTS, but had no issues when faced with eSport Rhein-Neckar, cowana Gaming and TDS-eSport.
What’s more, Entropy are 4-6 in their last 10 outings and have only looked good against much weaker sides, which leads us to believe they won’t have a good time on Friday. We will gladly take our chance with plan-B to keep their wheels spinning and win 2-0.
