Fredit BRION have yet to win a match this split (0-4), and it’s hard to believe this will change anytime soon. This might be their best chance of getting their names on the board, but we have doubts.
The main issue with Fredit BRION is their poor read on which champions are strong in this meta, and we’re not exactly sure where this stems from. Even more surprising is that Fredit BRION are the type of team that should do well in the scaling meta, but something isn’t clicking, and until they prove us otherwise, we will remain sceptical.
Hanwha Life Esports are in the same spot as Fredit BRION as they’ve yet to win a series this split. However, they decisively took a map from Kwangdong Freecs and even forced a three-map series against DRX last Friday. Of course, that doesn’t mean that HLE are anything more than a bottom-tier team, but at least they’re showing something.
The price on this match doesn’t seem right. Even though you could argue that Fredit BRION look better individually, their poor read on the meta makes it tough to side with them. Hanwha Life Esports at plus money or better is an easy choice.

Nongshim RedForce secured an impressive victory against Kwangdong Freecs (2-0) on Thursday and then edged past Hanwha Life Esports (2-1) during the weekend, doubling their total wins on the season (2-2). They got back on a horse with a perfect week, but there’s still a lot of sloppiness in their game.
RedForce have the talent to be competitive, but it seems they can’t put the puzzles together. But, the most frustrating thing about this team is their tendency to throw games, making it very tricky to bet on or against them.
Gen.G enter this match with a perfect 4-0 record, including three sweeps of KT Rolster, Hanwha Life Esports, and Fredit BRION, and a 2-1 victory against DWG KIA. That’s impressive even for Gen.G’s standards, but we’re still very early into the new split.
Even though Gen.G should win this match, RedForce’s chances to steal one map are greater than what the offered LoL betting odds suggest. They might be a hit-or-miss team and possibly one of the least consistent squads in the LCK, but the talent is there.
