Heroic and Wolves enter this match with perfect records, albeit Heroic’s comes with an asterisk. While they have yet to lose a series at this stage, we saw them struggle against MnM on Monday when they were forced into overtime.
Besides that shaky showing, Heroic have looked good and did their job against PWNZ (7-2) and Team BDS (7-5). Wolves Esports, on the other side, hold a perfect 3-0-0-0 record with wins against G2 Esports (7-5), MnM (7-2), and PWNZ (7-5).
As a match between two of Europe’s top Rainbow Six esports teams, it’s hard to pick a side, but we are leaning toward Wolves mainly due to Bastien “BiBoo” Dulac, who has been phenomenal over the first three rounds of play, averaging the highest rating (1.32), K/D (+15), and leads the league in clutches (2). Admittedly, Heroic have Georgi “GorgoNa” Stoyanov, but that likely won’t be enough.
Wolves to win

G2 Esports have yet to win a single point at this stage, with defeats against Wolves (5-7), Rogue (1-7), and Team BDS (5-7). Without a single point to their name, the Berlin residents are in a critical situation as they’re likely going to miss the Major.
Natus Vincere are 2-0-0-1, with wins against Team Secret (7-4) and Outsiders (7-1) and a defeat against PWNZ (2-7), which is quite a weird record, and it indicates some inconsistency. So while you can argue that NaVi look stronger than G2, the question is: by how much?
At -166.67, the esports bookmakers are giving NaVi a 62.5% chance of winning, which is quite a high number knowing how good G2 can be. Moreover, G2 Esports are in a do-or-die situation where one more defeat will technically eliminate them from the Major contention, which should inspire a better showing against a team G2 beat (7-5) in April.
