The post WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Mad Moon hit by coronavirus crisis appeared first on Esport Bet.
]]>The coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan, China, has caused chaos in esports, with many tournaments and leagues forced to reschedule or relocate including the Overwatch League which has been switched from China to Korea.
As their replacement, the organisers invited Danil “Dendi” Ishutins new team B8. WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Mad Moon will mark B8’s first non-Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) event since the creation of the team back on January 27, 2020, when Dendi unveiled his new project and teammates who will help him build his legacy.
The newly formed Ukrainian Dota 2 team consists of Dendi, Alexandr “pio65” Zalivako, Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk, Rinat “KingR” Abdullin and Nikola “LeBronDota” Popovic. Since B8 entered the Dota 2 competitive scene, the CIS Squad only participated at ESL One Los Angeles 2020 CIS Open Qualifiers, where they demolished HaliHydra in the round of 16, but failed to deliver in the next round, where Dendi and the company had to admit defeat to the eventual qualifiers champions Modus Unity.
Dendi has previously made an appearance at WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020, where he participated in a Show Match as a part of Salo power team. That said, this will be the first time B8 will compete at a WePlay! tournament as a team.
WePlay! Already received a lot of positive feedback for their Dota 2 Minor event, which broke all viewing records and became the most-watched Dota 2 Minor tournament in DPC history.
B8 replacing Royal Never Give Up, is the second WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Mad Moon lineup reshuffle, as Natus Vincere announced earlier this month they will skip the event to boot camp for the upcoming Major. The CIS juggernauts were replaced by Reshuffle Madness 2019 champions Aggressive Mode.
WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Mad Moon is set to feature eight teams in Team Secret, Gambit Esports, Nigma, Ninjas in Pyjamas, B8, Infamous, Aggressive Mode and Virtus.pro.
The event will take off on Wednesday, February 19 at Concert Hall VDNG in Kyiv, Ukraine, and conclude four days later on February 23, with the grand finals, where the top two teams will compete for the largest slice of US $300,000.

]]>After a solid victory over Natus Vincere in a best-of-three series, Team Empire will battle it out against Nemiga Gaming in a best-of-five series in the Eastern Bracket Finals of WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Radiant.
After Matumbaman from Team Liquid revealed Viper as a tier one hero in this meta few days ago, there are lot of teams that have tried to follow his path, privately practicing the hero.
Both Nemiga Gaming and Team Empire also picked Viper in their professional matches just a few hours ago.
Nemiga Gaming played against Gambit Esports in a best-of-three series earlier today and spammed Viper in game one and game two. They were unable to pick Viper in game three because a frustrated Gambit Esports banned him.

In game one, Nemiga Gaming played Viper as an off-laner. That was a bad move because Viper needs space to farm. As an off-laner, he needs to create space for his carry and mid-laner to farm, so, he could not have much farm in that game. He only purchased Rod of Atos at the 16-minute mark, which is considered very late.
In game two, Zitraks, the carry position player from Nemiga Gaming, played Viper. This time, Viper had a lot of space to farm in the early phase of the game. He had Power Threat and Hurricane Pike by the 22-minute mark and he had 1700 health point with these 2 items.
In every team fight, he was the sacrificial lamb that absorbed all the skills from enemies in the frontline and Phantom Assassin jumped into the team fight to finish the enemy off.
Although Viper had eight deaths in that game, his golds per minute were 715 at the end.
Team Empire displayed a Viper that was similar to Matumbamans Viper. Team Empire ran Viper as a mid-laner twice in both game one and game two against Natus Vincere earlier today.
In both games, he also prioritized the purchase of Rod of Atos. He bought it by the 11-minute mark in game one and 10-minute mark in game two. After that item, he started to get Guardian Greaves by combining Mekasmn and Arcane Boots.

Guardian Greaves is a great item to have because it restores 300 health and 200 mana to nearby allies when activated and also provides nearby allies with 4.5 health regeneration and 2 bonus armour passively.
In both games, their carry also had a lot of space to farm thanks to Viper’s early Guardian Greaves, allowing them to fight off enemies.
After analysing their heroes pool knowledge and different style of Viper, we give Team Empire a 70% chance to win this match-up.
Considering the payout odds, our recommendation is to go low and bet on Team Empire to win the game at -102.04 or better with BetOnline.

]]>Team Singularity will put its strong form to the test when it takes on Ninja In Pyjamas in a best-of-five Western Bracket Grand Final series at WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Radiant.
Team Singularity’s team, aka Xcalibur-stack, features Xcalibur, Pingvincek, Shachlo, EGM and Miposhka.
Shachlo delivered a great performance using Dark Seer in their match against OG just a few hours ago.
In game one against OG, Team Singularity drafted Dark Seer and ran him as an off-laner. Shachlo, the position three player from Team Singularity, used him to block the creep wave between the enemy tier one and tier two towers to ensure he could get every single last hit of the creep.
He bought a Soul Ring at the 2-minute mark so he could have mana to spam Ion Shell and utilized it to farm. By the 8-minute mark, he purchased Helm of Dominator, which allows him to capture a Neutral or enemy creep to become his ally. He captured Neutral Creep and put Ion Shell on him, showing that his micro-management skill was good enough to control both himself and the Neutral Creep to kill Kuroky several times in the bottom lane.

With all spaces he create for his team, Morphing, the position one hero in that match, had a great farm and purchased Hand of Midas to earn an extra gold of 180 every 90 seconds.
Morphing had a full list of items at the 31-minute mark, including Aegis of Immortal and Hand of Midas in the backpack.
Ninja In Pyjamas won against Kaban 2-1 earlier today. Their Viper pick in the game two was a disaster.
Viper is a hero that is very strong in this new meta. Ever since Matumbaman revealed his strength in MDL Macau few days ago, there are a lot of teams training in this hero in their ranked match-making.
Fata, the position two player from Ninja In Pyjamas, picked Viper as a mid-laner. His skill build for Viper was exactly the same as Matumbaman displayed in MDL Macau. However, Team Liquid always creates space for Matumbaman to farm Neutral Creeps, but Ninja In Pyjamas never provided space for him to farm. Instead, Viper was creating space for Lifestealer to farm in the early phase of the game.

Ninja In Pyjamas need be very comfortable with the hero if they are going to pick Viper again in their upcoming professional match.
After running our eye through their heroes pool knowledge and recent performance in this tournament, we give Team Singularity a 40% chance to win this match-up.
Considering the payout odds, our recommendation is to go medium and bet on Team Singularity to win the game at +251 or better with BetOnline.

]]>After a strong victory over Team Empire yesterday, The Pango earned their right to take on Natus Vincere (Navi) in a best-of-three series at WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Radiant.
The Navi have been inconsistent of late, but still secured their ticket into the main tournament of DreamLeague Season 11 by taking down Gambit Esports on February 4.
At the WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness, they lost against Gambit Esports 1-2 in the Losers Finals on February 16. Their draft from that contest demonstrated that they favour Keeper of the Light, who they drafted in game two and three. Despite their loss, they still performed very well with that pick.
SEE MORE: ESPORTS BETTING TIPS
Sonneiko, the position five player from Navi, used Keeper of the Light in both games. He purchased all observer wards and sentry wards for the team and let Chu, the other support player to get his items supporting team in team fight.
The Pango pulled the same move against Team Empire yesterday, using position five support Keeper of the Light played by CematheSlayer.
Our guess is that Keeper of the Light is one of the heroes that both teams will pick/ban in the upcoming match-up.
Bounty Hunter is a hero that able to put in core or support role thanks to his re-worked ultimate skill – Track – provides vision of track enemy and having a self-critical strike of 200% at level 3. If you put him as support, granting you 30 seconds of enemy vision is useful to your team because that hero unable to make a surprise gank or escape from your team.
If you are a core Bounty Hunter, following and hit the tracked target is a very painful thing to him because you damage is high and hitting him guarantee a 100% of critical strike on him.

This was the reason The Pango picked Bounty Hunter in their first picking phase because Team Empire unable to determine which role they were gonna put Bounty Hunter into.
After running our eye through their drafting abilities, we give The Pango a 70% chance to win at least one game in this match-up.
Considering the payout odds, our recommendation is to go low and bet on The Pango to win at least one game at -285.71 or better with BetOnline.

]]>Team Empire will look to solidify its ranking as one of the best teams in the world when it takes on The Pango in a best-of-three series at WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War in a match-up that promises serious fireworks.
The Pango is one of the best tier one teams in the CIS Region and exhibited strong form at WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness last fortnight.
In their match, their foe Team Empire drafted a bold pick, Broodmother, as their fourth pick. Normally, professional teams will only pick Broodmother last so enemies could not counter this hero.

However, they picked Broodmother when The Pango still had one pick left, so The Pango picked Phantom Lancer and dragged the game as long as possible because Broodmother is not a hero able to do much late in the game.
Obviously, The Pango won the game because Broodmother had lesser impact than Phantom Lancer in the team fight.
In game two, The Pango drafted Dazzle to run the mid-lane again, with his Bad Juju reducing up to 50% cool down time of all his skill and abilities. He purchased Guardian Greaves, and Scythe of Vyse by the 30-minute mark.

Thanks to Scythe of Vyse, he can hex an enemy for 3.5 seconds every 11 seconds and every hex is ensures a successful gank on enemy core heroes.
The Pango has better knowledge in drafting and also game sense here.
After analysing through their last head-to-head match and drafting abilities, we give The Pango a 80% chance to win this match-up 2-0.
Considering the payout odds, our recommendation is to go low and bet on The Pango to win the game 2-0 at +150 or better with BetOnline.

]]>The post The Final Tribe vs. Team Singularity drafting and Dota 2 betting tips appeared first on Esport Bet.
]]>The Final Tribe will play their first ever professional match in patch 7.21 against Team Singularity in a best-of-three series at the WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War tournament.
The Final Tribe’s last pro outing was against Pavaga Gaming in the WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness on February 14. Pavaga Gaming won the series 2-1 in what was a keenly-fought battle.
The Final Tribe displayed strong knowledge of the current meta in their drafting tactics during their last series. They picked Nature Prophet as their support hero along with another good babysitter – Oracle.
In MDL Macau 2019 and ESL One Katowice a lot of teams drafted Nature Prophet in a support role and the tactic proved a successful one. However, The Final Tribe put Nature Prophet as their position four support instead of position five support. This was one of the improvements they can moving forward.
SEE MORE: ESPORTS BETTING TIPS
Nature Prophet is a hero that is always able to farm because of his free teleportation to any corner of the map every twenty seconds. Fly, the position five player from Team Evil Geniuses, played Nature Prophet a number of times in MDL Macau 2019. He supported 17 observer wards and 12 sentry wards for the team and had more net worth than Dark Willow, their position four hero in the game 1 against Vici Gaming on February 22.
Team Singularity, previously known as The Real Deal, featured a lot of star players, including Xcalibur, EGM and Miposhka.

Xcalibur is a player similar to Qojqva, the position one player from Alliance. Both players are good at using Lone Druid and Visage, who require micro-management skills.
Micro-management heroes are meta in this patch. Xcalibur definitely has an upper hand in playing these heroes against The Final Tribe.
After running our eye through their heroes pool knowledge and understanding of the meta, we give The Final Tribe a 60% chance to win this match-up.
Considering the payout odds, our recommendation is to go medium and bet on The Final Tribe to win the game at +150 or better with BetOnline.
