Hades replaced Aleksi &#8220;allu&#8221; Jalli and helped the team reach new heights in 2022 competitions such as the ESL Pro League Season 15 held in April as well as the IEM Dallas in June, where it finished as runners-up in the two events. The organization was also reportedly planning to sign on Movistar Riders\u2019 Alvaro &#8220;SunPayus&#8221; Garcia.<\/p>\n<p>The head coach of ENCE, Eetu &#8220;sAw&#8221; Saha, revealed that making the decision was challenging for the team, but it needed some adjustments to move forward. The coach said, &#8220;It\u2019s always hard when changes are being made.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Benching hades is a tough decision, but one that I think needs to be made at this time. Hades showed good progress and development as a player, but for the direction we are going for, we need a change. We have had a lot of great moments, and we reached many of our goals during our time together. It was a pleasure to have hades on the team, and I wish nothing but the best for him!&#8221; Saha added.<\/p>\n<p>While hades\u2019 impact on the team is appreciated, the organization revealed that a new dedicated sniper was vital for them to achieve more. SunPayus is apparently that player, and according to reports, his signing is imminent.<\/p>\n<p>The player is ranked as the best in Movistar Riders this year and helped the Spanish esports team reach the top ten best before the summer break. One such instance is their performance in the ESL Challenger Valencia, where it got first place. Movistar Riders also got an impressive semifinals run during one of the most influential CS:GO games of the year, the IEM Cologne.<\/p>\n<p>It is not certain who Movistar Riders would sign on to replace SunPayus if the transfer to ENCE is successful. The player is a massive asset to the team because, at the moment, there is no other Spanish AWPer who has tier one level experience.<\/p>\n<p>ENCE is also reportedly in the process of looking for a replacement for Logan &#8220;Spinx&#8221; Giladi. The Israeli star player is in talks to replace K\u00e9vin &#8220;misutaaa&#8221; Rabier in the Vitality lineup.<\/p>\n<p>Spinx played a key role in the squad, so losing him could deal a blow to the team.
