Owing to a terrible outing in the 2022 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) season, the franchise has decided to part ways with four players.<\/p>\n<p>The players released from the roster are mid laner Kim \u201cLava\u201d Tae-hun, top laners Choi \u201cSw0rd\u201d Sung-won and Park \u201cMorgan\u201d Ru-han, and support Yu \u201cDelight\u201d Hwan-jung. They ended their run with a 3-15 record, which saw the team place ninth in the standings. Their Spring Split was slightly better, as they placed sixth after a spirited 8-10 run.<\/p>\n<p>The only player with a contract on the franchise&#8217;s roster is bot laner Park \u201cHena\u201d Jeung-hwan, who joined the team in 2020. With a large chunk of the roster released, Brion will be undergoing a massive rebuild in the offseason.<\/p>\n<p>However, the franchise have also announced the re-signing of head coach Choi \u201cEdgar\u201d Woo-beom and coach Lee \u201cDrinker\u201d Seung-hoo. A sixth-place finish in the 2022 LCK Spring is the team&#8217;s all-time high.<\/p>\n<p>With the free agency period commencing on November 21, BRION will be looking to secure a complete roster ahead of the 2023 LCK season. It is unclear if they will prefer to rebuild the team around veterans, or if they will look to the future and go for young talent.<\/p>\n<p>BRION have, however, resorted to making a public call for applications via social media.
