{"id":6316,"date":"2018-12-04T05:22:59","date_gmt":"2018-12-04T05:22:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esportbet.com\/?p=6316"},"modified":"2018-12-04T05:22:59","modified_gmt":"2018-12-04T05:22:59","slug":"vancouver-titans-unveiled-as-newest-overwatch-league-franchise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esportbet.com\/vancouver-titans-unveiled-as-newest-overwatch-league-franchise\/","title":{"rendered":"Vancouver Titans unveiled as newest Overwatch League franchise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VANCOUVER officially has its first Overwatch League esports team.<\/p>\n<p>Joining fellow compatriots, <a title=\"Toronto Defiant announces new roster additions\" href=\"https:\/\/esportbet.com\/toronto-defiant-announce-new-additions-to-overwatch-roster\/\">the Toronto Defiant<\/a>, in the league, the Vancouver Titans were officially unveiled yesterday at Rogers Arena, prior to the NHL game between the Canucks and Dallas Stars.<\/p>\n<p>The Titans and Defiant will join six other new franchises in <a title=\"Overwatch betting guide\" href=\"https:\/\/esportbet.com\/overwatch\/\">the 2019 season of Overwatch<\/a>: Atlanta, Washington, DC, Paris, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Hangzhou.<\/p>\n<p>The Titans will hope to become an immediate challenger to London, which won the inaugural Overwatch league championship and US$1 million in July, defeating Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>The 2019 Overwatch League season will begin on February 14.<\/p>\n<p>The Titans&#8217; owners, the Aquilini Group, is also the owner of the Vancouver Canucks, one of the biggest franchises in the NHL.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong><a title=\"Overwatch League -
